As an overall trend, the city has become more populated, urbanized and modernized by building facilities such as golf centre, tennnis court and restaurants, and removing a farmland, a fishing port, and shops.
As it is clear from the map, a farmland has been replaced by a new golf centre. A forest park was cut down, and a tennis court has been opened up on its place. According to the picture, a fishing port was removed form the center of the sea. A fish market located at the West East part of the town was destroyed, and a number of appartments has been built. A car park has been constructed near the hotel. Shops have been replaced by several restaurants, located opposite to the appartments. As far as a housing is concerned, it has been considerably extended by building a number of new houses.
