Overall, the procedure to produce cans vegetables take three main sections: cleaning, heating, and caning.
The first step is sorting and preparing vegetables. this part is mainly depends on human role, and need many people, after that rolling machine take these washing vegetables to a big tank where the vegetables will cook, and they will add salt and pepper to it.
From the tank the jam will pass throughout long tups in a big machine, the temperature in this tups is 145°c, the tup take the jam to another machine which will cooling rapidly the product.
The final section includes many steps, at first stenlising and filling the syrop in the cans, followed by closing the cans and d washing them, and anding by labelling the cans,and that is the final step where the product is now ready for distribution.
