I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent room stay at Grand Thakkar Hotel from 15th May for two consecutive days. Unfortunately, the room was completely different on a negative side from what was shown in the app.
I am highly dissatisfied with the interior of the room, in the images displayed on website, it was very aesthetic but when I saw in-person, it was completely disappointing. In addition, the plaster on the walls was damaged and its pieces created a mess in the room. Furthermore, the washroom shown in the app displayed an exhaust fan and a geyser but it was not at all working properly.
Due to such conditions, there were several issues faced by us. Firstly, due to damp plaster, there was unpleasant smell in the room. Secondly, the ventilation was extremely poor and because of it, we experienced suffocation throughout our stay.
In view of these issues, I would really appreciate it if you could arrange a refund of at least half of the amount paid.
