Overall, the area underwent substantial transformation, with tge most noticeable changes involving green area changes. While several new facilities were introduced and existing structures were redeveloped, some features remained largely unchanged.
In 1990, the town contained a school in the northwest, with a bank and a hospital located nearby. There was also a library close to the highway. On the eastern side, there were houses beside a cafe and park area. In addition, playing fields with trees and another area of trees were situated in the north and southwest respectively. Theatre and some shops were located in the south.
By 2012, several parts of the town had been transformed.The bank was replaced by a restaurant, while the trees in the southwest were removed and made space for technopark. The playing fields with trees were also replaced by block of flats. On the eastern side, the houses were demolished and another block of flats was built. Furthermore, the cafe and park area became a hotel and golf course. The theatre was converted into a cinema, and the shops were expanded into a supermarket.
