They have fewer students to deal with, which makes their jobs easier, as it is peaceful in the classroom. Additionally, in small classes, students have more individual face time with teachers. Students feel inspired when the teacher is working with them individually and know that the teacher cares for their results.
On the other hand, I believe there are other equally vital factors in how education quality can be advanced. One of the most essential ways to enhance education is providing outdoor activities. For example, making a garden at the school might attract interest among the students. Another viable option is to invite guests from different professions to school. If guests give talks about their experiences in their careers, it can engage a huge interest among the students in some professions and help them to decide their future goals.
