Dear Sir or Madam,

The impetus behind this letter is to thanks your employee for helping me out on the airport when I was there to take flight from Lahore to London last Saturday. The matter of the fact is that was on the airport with my child. My child is a paralyzed leukemia patient. He cannot move without assistance and needs a wheelchair. The problem was that there was no help available for handicapped, and wheelchair was also unavailable. This was the problem that I face at the airport.

I was helped by one of your kind employees. His name is Mr. John. He arranged a wheelchair for my child along with ensuring smooth boarding for him. This is how he helped both of us.

To appreciate him for his help, I am sending 500 dollars for Mr. John. I would suggest you award him the bonus for this month in his salary.

I once again thank you and your employee for being so cooperative.
