The authorities are usually built new schools, colleges, and universities in residential area. Some people consider residential area are good place for educational institutions while other are against it.
Let we discuss some advantages of educational institution in residential area. Firstly, educational institution in residential area cause convenience, it allows students to less travel and they reach school after some walk or foot steps which save money for transport fares. Secondly, it help to boost local economy. The daily influx of people in that area cause customer base that support businesses like café, printing shop and bookstores etc.
On the other hand some people think educational institutions in residential areas have some disadvantages. They think these kind of institution in residential area cause traffic jam and parking issues. Specially during working hour due to many traffic around these institution cause traffic congestion and no parking space, which create a major problem fore people living in the residential area. Additionally, a lot of traffic and children in institutional create noise pollution. The daily noise from events, bell system and children noise also disturb the residents of area. For example, Building or converting a bungalow to school cause little convenience for some parents of residential area but on the long run this school cause noise pollution, sewerage problems, traffic congestion and parking storage in that residential area. Which create hurdles for people living near school.
In my opinion, residential area are not suitable place for institution like schools, colleges and universities. First reason is that people buy house or pay rent for their resident to live healthy and good life. These type of institution cause stress and restlessness for neighbors specially for senior citizens.
