Overall, its clear that the leader activities in two years are phone and other activities, while the second active activities are face to face communication and paper document, finally the remaining low percentages are meeting, computer and the last one email which added at the end of the year
In 1980, the largest proportion was phone, 30% while leading paper document shows the 20%. Then meeting spend time with 19%, finally remaining other activities illustrate the 15%, 14% and 2% in other activities, face to face communication and computer.
By 2000, the phone, paper document and meeting drop significantly to 17%, 10% and 6%.By this year the new activity added, email which represented with 8%. And other remaining country like phone rise dramatically with 30%. And the last two activities other activities and face to face communication which indicating 15% and 14%.
