Dear Mr. Agung Martis

I am writing to inform you about this as I am moving to another country by the end of the month.

From a long time, I was preparing to crack scholarship exam, and you will be happy to hear that I got my scholarship and admission letter from English-speaking country. Due to that I have to move by the end of this month. I want to say thank you very much because you helped me a lot to settle down and helped me to explore the city in a more exciting way.

However, I have good news, there is one more thing I want to tell you. One of my best friends, his name is Sera, likes apartments a lot. Let me know if you have any plans to give it to someone, then I will share your contact details with him.
