The process illustrates the preparation of smoking foods which are popular around the world because of their special flavor and their long life. Overall, the process can be broken into three main stages: entering the air, burning logs, and storing in a box. The process is a complex one, which requires much more time to complete.

The fresh air goes through two main phases for smoking foods. The air enter the chamber after opening lid. Once the air enters, it is passed through burning logs for further processing, after which air is transformed into cooking material for smoked foods by the log-created fire.

After that a pipe transported a hot air so that it can be blown raw foods. In the end, uncooked foods are preserved in a box on the ground floor of the house in order to smoke foods with hot air until they are ready to meals.
