Dear Mrs. Lawrence,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I recently noticed yesterday regarding a pest infestation.

Firstly, I would like to say I am happy living in y our rented property, as it is very well maintained and furnished. I usually do not face any obstacles, but sadly, yesterday evening when I retu rned from work, I saw some bugs on the floor. As you know, I am very strict about maintaining a tidy and clean livin g space. That is why I have already hired a cleaner who comes once a month for deep clea ning. Other than that, I practice dusting and sweeping almost every evening.

However, as you know, these measures alone cannot prevent pests from entering. Therefore, I believe we should a rrange for pest control as soon as possible. To make it more considerable, it has been a while si nce we last had this service. As far as I can recall, we did it about three months ago.
