There are those who think that higher education learners are suppose to primarily focus on their main major, meanwhile there are those who argue that the students are also should consider studing other subjects. I firmly agree with the later opinion because university majors are mostly connected. That is why i think it may enhance the student’s academic preformace and boost their future work opportunities .

One main reason why i believe that studying another major next to the main one is essentail is because the rapid change of our world. Nowadays, technology has changed many of our life’s aspects and prospective. For instance, if learners who study artificial intelligence as there main study, also studied psychology as an additional subject. As a result, they will not only boost their ability to understand their main curriculum but also will enhance their academic preformace.

Another reason to study additional subjects is that it may ensure a better future work opportunities. The workmarket has witnessed a significant change in the last few years, which has made it a competitive feld. That is why, for example, if students gained additional academic knowledge, it may enable them to secure highe-level job offers. Consequently, Many students will not struggle after graduation with job hunting and forced to work at an entry-level postions.

In conclusion, although having an extra university curriculum to study may often feel overwhelmed, the academic knowledge gain and the later job stability are worth the effert. That is why i belive every student should consider studying an additional subject next to their major.
