Hi Lucía,

I am recently moved into a new house. I would like to invite you to a my housewarming party. If you want, you can invite to Matías. We would love to see you there.

My new house is located in Rosario, 19 Córdoba Street. I will send location to WhatsApp. My new neighbourhood is so quiet, and my neighbours are so fun. They are invited to the party, too.

We are planning to do a barbecue in the garden, it’s my favorite part of the new house!!! Also, we can swimming in the pool. My house is super big: it has four bedrooms so if you want, can you sleep here.

The celebration will start at 12PM. The day 6th of July. Please you should bring some drinks and be ready to have fun! This will be the best party ever!
