Dear colleagues and neighbors,

I hope you are all doing well. I want to tell you about my housewarming party, because of moving into a new apartment next week.

I am going to change my house with a pretty large garden into a small flat in The Center of the City. It was my impulsive solution last night. My apartment is located at 25 Green Street, just a ten-minute walk from our office. So if you can invite me, I will be really glad for you.

The party will take place on Saturday, 9 July, starting at 6 p.m. I suppose, everyone of you can arrive to the party. I will be waiting for you.

I decided to order the food and drinks. I am planning to have a pizza, sushi, salads, barbecue, also several desserts. Moreover there will be some drinks as an orange juice, sparkle water, coffee, tea, and so on. In addition, I called a DJ, therefore we can sing, dance, play different games. I also have a little gifts for each other. If you can offer any ideas just let me know !
