The three pie charts considered the changes in annual spending by local authorities during the years 1980, 1990 and 2000 in Someland.
Overall, in this case local authorities spent a lot of money for higher education and k-12 education were a leader during the time. Transportation, environmental services, health and human resources and other showed more less amount.
The local governments in Someland spent 35% of annual budget in 1980, then increased steadily the following year, reaching a peak of 45% in 1990. However, allocate a budget declined again to 40% in 2000 year. Government also invested heavily for K-12 Education in 1980, but then decreased slightly from 25% to 18% in 2000 year.
In other sectors, figures were more less and changed over the period. Transportations’ rate was 16% in 1980 then decreased to 6%, however annual spending by local authorities sharply increased to 22% in 2000 year. Health and human resources was spent 14%, then significantly raised, after all spending was decresed from 20% to 10% in 2000. Only budget of envir onmental services was increased from 4% to 9% throughout the period from. And other was decreased during the period from 6% to 1%.
