Dear Joty,

I hope you have been doing well. It has been a while since we last met, and I would like to catch up with you. I have recently moved into a new house. I would like to have a housewarming party, and I am writing to invite you to it.

I decided to move because my new office is very close to this area, and it will save me a lot of commuting time. However, I need a big house for my family so that I can spend more quality time with them.

This house is a two-story home with three bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a garden in the backyard. One of my favorite features is the big balcony where I can relax and enjoy the evening breeze. I am pretty sure that you will like my new house.

The housewarming party will be held on 19 July,2026, Saturday, 8.00 PM. No need to bring anything for this party. Your presence is most important for me.. Even if you want to buy something, you can get an indoor plant for my garden.

I really hope that you can come. It would be wonderful for me to see you again and spend some time with you. Please let me know if you are available.
