Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express a positive experience which I had when I visited your supermarket where one of your staff members was extremely helpful.

I visited in the grocery section of the supermarket to purchase some necessary items including spices, beverages, and kitchen cleaning detergents and washing powders.

Since I had a long list of items, I was juggling through the whole section to find the required products. A staff member saw that and immediately came for the help. She assisted me throughout the shopping and also carried my trolley as it had become a bit heavier.

I am extremely satisfied with the hospitality of the employee and I would really appreciate it if you could provide certain incentive for the best service. Nevertheless, if that is not possible, it would be great if you could appreciate her in front of all the other employees to boost her confidence.
