I am writing to complain about a mistake caused by your company that made some problems for me last week. Last Monday, 17th July, when I was using the Internet to collect some information for my scientific proposal, I suddenly lost my connection. So I began to find out the cause of the problem. At first I thought that it was related to my laptop. But when I checked my laptop I learned that my internet service had been cut off. Therefore, I contacted your customer service and explained the problem. They told me that as I had not paid my bill on time, my internet had been cut off. However, I had not received any bill last month. After investigating the matter, it was identified that my bill had been sent to a wrong address.
, this mistake caused some problems for my proposal. I think stopping services for customers without informing them in advance is not the right action.
I would appreciate it if you would consider this matter in order to prevent these kinds of problems for others.
