I am writing this letter regard to complain about sending my telephone bill to wrong adress. I am sharun mano and I am a customer of your company from 2016 and I am recently facing a issue from last 5 months to send my telephone bill to wrong address and my telephone line is discontinued because I didn’t pay my bill in the last 5 months. I got numerous problems when my line is discontinued. My father is in australia therefore I didn’t talk to him as well as my sister is in canada I also can’t talk to her and I am a enterprenour I got most of the works through the calls so I didn’t get any work from last 5 months and I lost 5 laks in the last 5 months.
Change the address very quickly it is help me more and I think you take an action about this complain very quickly.
