I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with your delievery service, which caused disruption for me.
Although, Every month I received bill on Correct address, but my recent bill was delivered on my neighbours home. As, I live in 341 westbound Avenue, and his address is 341 Wet Eastbound Avenue. After 10 days, he came to my house and gave it to me.
This incidend caused considerable disruption for me.The next day, I went to pay the bill and I was charged $200 for being late. Even I argued a lot but they did not listen, so I had to pay the fine.
Given the inconvenience caused due to no fault of my own. I respectfully resquest a full a full refund on adjust it in the next bill.
