My prominent concern is this incorrect address. I always receive my bill in the first week of the month. But last month, I did not get my bill. Approximately after 10 days, my neighbour, who is living in my block, gave me the bill. Unfortunately, I went to your office to pay the bill. I explained my issue. However, they charged me $300 instead of $100.
I request you to re-note my correct address 248 Mayfield Rd NW. I also request you to refund my amount, as the delivery person delivered my bill to the wrong address.
