Few individuals think it is more beneficial to do paid work for children, wherese others think it can be stressful for children. Despite some obvious drawbacks of this trend, I believe that this outweighed by advantages such as children devlop responsibilities, impove practical skills.
There are multiple benefits of this phenomenon. To begin with, children develop their responsibilities in how manage the work and become more displine about their work. In other words, children improve their practial knowledge because they work as a team and communicate each other moreover they improve the problem solving task. In addition to this, children builds confidance by using paid work and improve their self confidance moreover they easily speke in a public. For instance, these days, USA, UK like other nations children work in a shopps and malls with during their study and improve communication skills, practical knowledge, and manage finace easily.
However, along with benefits, it also some disadvantages. Firstly, affect on children academic performance and some children fail in school exams. In other words, some children lose their childhood because of paid work and sacrifice their dreams moreover they find small jobs and giveup their entire childhood for financial suitations. For example, nowadays, in my country, many children are belong to poor family and their perents force for work because of finicial conditions and almost children sacrifices the study and affect on their academic performance.
In conclusion, while there are some drawbacks such as effect on acedemic performance, I would argue that the advantages more than compensate than any disadvantages.
