Many industries and other workplaces are allowed their workers to wear only uniform. This system assist to maintain equality also look professional appearance and feel comfortable to wear everyday. In my perspective, I agree with the given statement.
On the one hand, many offices are fixed their policy to wearing uniform according to their various posts. It decided to make same range between coworkers in under one roof because uniform play significant role in offices and people life. For instance, they do not buy multiple clothes for workplaces and it helps to save many. Furthermore, uniforms help employees to look professional and decent and also build up their comfortable to communicate other clients. For example, before ages I worked in a company as a sales employer and I wore my uniform its shows my professionalism and helped me to rise up my respect.
On the other hand, wearing uniforms also has some negative points, sometimes uniforms are expensive and they’re only available in specific shops which can be financial burden especially for low income workers. In my perspective, some people belong to a middle class background that’s why they are not in that condition to afford expensive uniforms for organizations. In terms of wearing same uniform daily it feel uncomfortable and boring. People are unable to show their personality they wants sometimes according to weather and their choice.
In conclusion, I strongly believe with the side of advantages to wear uniforms due to it facilitates to build a sense of professionalism between upper and lower classes. Individuals also make stress free to choosing new clothes for office everyday. A good example is, in bank all people are wearing uniforms which is easy for customers to identify the staff.
