Opinions are divided on whether all human beings have ability to create art or if it can be only generated by special people with innate talents. I completely disagree with that all creative activities can be learned.
It is widely believed that with enough training and effort, any individuals can develop the skills to produce art. Some children from early ages show a keen interest drawing and painting some basic pictures,or creating simple tunes with prerecorded sounds this interest then can be developed through their higher education system. Furthermore, the advanced technologies offer various tools and tutorials that help people to learn artistic techniques, making art more accessible to everyone.
On the other hand, some people believe that artistic talent is something people are inborn and cannot be learned. Some individuals have special talent that ordinary people cannot learn. Many renowned artists created famous masterpiece at their early age even without formal training. One striking example is Mozart was a child prodigy who composed masterpiece from very young age. According to this view, no matter how much someone practices, they may never reach the same level as naturally gifted artists. Additionally, many masterwork requires the exceptional attitude that cannot be acquired through practices. Learner can develop ability how to depict the nature realistically, but they cannot easily foster true imaginative depth.
In conclusion, while some people achieve may achieve a respectable standard in art through immense dedication and personal sacrifice. I believe that they will never reach proficiency as gifted people have.
