A large number of individuals now prefer to work from home rather than in an office.
On the one hand, in recent decades, the majority of the people prefer work from home, because most of them set up a proper workplace for their work. Additionally, the individuals have better concentraction if they work in the home, becuase they will not facing any probelms like traffic noise, and factory noise. Moreover, numerous people reside far away from the offices, and they spend enough time on traveling. Therefore, if they initate work in home, they will save enough money and time. For examole, I want to share my own experience, last year I initated work in the home, I finished work in a better way accourding to my manager toughts.
On the other hand, some individuals perfer work in an office, because an office people do not face any issues, like interent and noice. There are air-conditions in some offices, and people have no problems during summer days. Furthermore, most of the people earn enough money when they works in an office. This is because the manager have full attention on his work, that’s why people work very will infront of manager. For example, last time my father did work in an offica, and he told me an office I have relax eniverenment and I earned more.
In conclusion, work from the home is better for our health, because we will escape probelms during traveling as well as noise in the office. While working in the office is also good, because it gives us much facilities rather than home.
