Once I tried a new type of food was when I ate sushi for the first time. It is a Japanese dish made with rice, savor and fresh fish. I tried it about a year ago at a Japanese restaurant in Lahore. I went there with two of my close friends after we finished our exams. They had eaten sushi before and encouraged me to try it. At first I was a little nervous because I had never eaten raw fish. I also find it because difficult to use chopsticks which made a slow-off. When I finally tasted it, I was surprised because it was fresh, light and different from the spicy food. I usually eat it although if I do not enjoy every type of sushi. I liked some of the flavors overall. It was a memorable experience because it stepped out of my comfort zone and discovered unused sojourn. Since then, I have become more interested in trying foods from different countries.
