Hi,Mr Landlord. Recently I have rented apartment and found out few problems that I would struggle with. I did not wanted to waist your time nevertheless it can affect my personal life if I would not tell you.

Firstly I saw a water coming through bathroom’s ceiling. At first I thought it was my fault however,it comes out that there is a serious trouble between walls of bathroom and toilet. There are some missed renovations that should be done .

Secondly, I saw that there is an hole in bedroom’s floor and someone tried to hide it,covering up with bed and carpet. In addition the bedroom always smells so bad,so I had to think it is coming from the hole.

I require to solve all the problems because I can not give my money for this house. I think you can solve the problem as quickly as you can.
