The bar chart compares the percentage of men and women employed across 6 different sectors in the year 2020.
Overall,it is shown that contructions holds the higest position in men , while it is the lowest sector for women, similarly Education has the most number of female emloyees and the least proportion of men. Retail shows a small difference in employment between men and women.
In terms of construction there is large difference seen in male and female employees of around 70%, with men at 85% and women at 15%,similarly education also shows a vast difference in male and female workers with men at 25% and women at 75%. Retail has a small difference of roughly 10% as it has 55% of female employees and 45% of male workers.Hospitality and Engineering consist of a similar differene in employement of 20% although hospitality consist of more female workers of around 60% than male workers,and engineering consist of more male workers than female workers.
There is a difference of almost 40% in agriculture consisting of more male employees at approximately 70% and very few women at around 30%. The graph gives us a clear insight on the 6 different sectors of employment showing construction as the highest employed scetor for men ,followed by education for women,while retail holds an almost similar interset.
