Dear Sir, Madame,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding about your meal restaurant. Yesterday I visited the restaurant with my friends. whatever we wanted everyting so wrong.

firstly, We looked a menu and decided what we ate. Called a waiter but nearly ten minutes waited when he came. After, we choose some meal and snack and gave in order.Your restaurant prepared time was so long and we waited about 45 minutes.However, all procuts looked big and tasted on the menu , If ıt came, we shocked. The portion to small and meal was not delicious.

All of that problems upset us. Therefore , we wanted to having well time at the restaurant. Unfortunately, we was unhappy and must ate some standart meal.

I must insist that immediate be taken to rectify this situation.

Maybe we will come again there , If you could posibble arrange for a half refund or give me some discount.
