Dear Mr. Mister.

As previously discussed, currently I am on the final lap of my Engineering Master’s Degree. For the final project, a working prototype of a prosthetic robot accompanied with its full schematic needs to be done. Not to mention the paperwork, which is my thesis. The only way this work could finish in time is by devoting my attention completely thus I humbly request half a month off work.

At the moment, I am in the process of finishing my Development and Quality Control report for the company targeting July 15 as the last day for finishing the document. I ensure that I will make the time to cover for the duration lost when I am away from my desk. Additionally, I have already delegated the permission to Dina so she could access any files needed.

This Master’s Degree, will help me boost my self-growth significantly. On top of that could also bring new technology implementation in my daily operation, such as more advanced mechatronic modules that suit our assembly line thus increasing the production efficiency.

I sincerely wish you could support me pursuing my studies in the next fourteen days.
