This bar graph illustrates the percentage of regular physical activity in 2010 among different aged men and women in Australia.
Overall, while women participation was highest in 45 to 54 age bracket. Men are peaked in among 15 to 24 age. It is noteworthy that females do their regular exercises than male in every age group except youngest age.
In lowest age women are not really interest in exercises it is only 47.7 per cent but that participation is get increased while they got older until 45 to 54 age bracket, it is 53.3 per cent. After that it started to drop, with only 47.1 per cent in age 65 and over.
Male participation is higher when they are in youngest age when they are coming to age group 35 to 44 it getting lower to 39.5 per cent but above that age male again get interest in exercise up to 46.7 per cent.
In summary, that gender difference in physical activity narrow in older age.
