This days more and more people are buying cars over 30 years ago that cities in the world and now . While a common opinion getting a car is good thing , other people feel that this phenomenon give many problem in our live .I totally agree with discouraging people to own a car for the reasons below and I will outline some measurement that government can take to reduce the issue .

Generally speaking , there are many reason that people should be discouraged to own a car , the government has imposed high taxes this main reason to make people leave a car .And another reason the people is prefer use the public mobility because the public mobility has free prices ticket.

As a result of the car ownership affect , there are some suggestions that the government can take to solve the problem by rice the fuel prices and also by increase taxes on the a car ownership . Also can make government properties special for general transport such as prices ticket for student and employer .for example my city has some properties for his student and employer involve it give free transport for student and provided modern buses for employer also it provided some internal trains for older people at prices special.

In conclusion , it must be said that car ownership has increased so rapidly has become a complex issue with no easy solution but also I can nothing is imposable for the stats and local government can be solvent
