I believe in myself that I am a competitive candidate for the SUSI program because of my academic background as well as my experience as a leader in school. As a leader, I always wanted to learn more about policies, like how they are made and how they work. At the age of 14, I began developing an interest in policies and was eager to learn more about them. From that point on, I had ambitions to become a leader because I mostly ranked 1st in class, and then principle provided me with a class organizer card to lead the whole class as a class organizer. I am an extraordinary student. I participated in many games at school and would often come in first place.
I’ll share my viewpoints and experiences to benefit the program. I can provide a new perspective because I come from a different culture (Pakistan). I can’t wait to offer my knowledge, take part in conversations, and learn and gain knowledge from others. I’ll listen to others, participate fully in all activities, and cooperate with the team. I think that everyone will have a more enriching time in the program because of my commitment to learn and contribute.
My participation in this program will help my community, region, or country by sharing knowledge with others. I wanted to make a community in which I will educate people on the value of kids in building an inclusive society and the significance of recognizing many cultures. I will try my best to make them open-minded and build their communication skills. I will share my experience and teach them all what I learned from the SUSI program.
I expect that this exchange will help me to grow leadership skills and improve communication skills. The skills I will learn from this exchange will help me to my personal growth and also support my career goal, e.g., policymaker. And it will make me more open-minded, understanding, and supportive. I hope this program will develop my communication skills and help me to build confidence, which opens the door for future career opportunities. All things considered, this conversation will be essential in helping me develop into a better-informed, confident, and capable person who is prepared to take on problems in the workplace.
