Starting with running water into a special container to wash 4 kg of the fruit. The next step is mashing the fruit with designed equipment in order to reach a smooth consistency. At this point, 2 TBSP peanuts, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of water are added to the mashed fruit. Once it has been left for 10 minutes in a high temperature, another 2 cups more sugar and 4 cups of water are inserted. Having been left for a half hour, the labeling process is started. The ready jam is poured into different containers and is closed up with a lid, then kept for 1 hour. The final stage is consumption of delicious and sweet jam with family in breakfast.
