The first stage begins with running water into the container with 4kg of fruits. After that, fruits are mashed with special tool. Having completed the mashing stage, the container is put onto the cooker at high temperature for 10 minutes at the same time all additional products are added into the liquid. The proportions of ingredients are – 2tbsp of peanuts, a quarter of cup of sugar and a cup of water, all being mixed with ladle. Next, 2 cups of sugar and 4 cups of water are added to the mixture, while it is again being boiled at high temperature for half an hour. Once the ready jam is poured into different containers, they should be closed with lid and kept for an hour. Finally, a family can enjoy delicious jam at breakfast.
