The diagram illustrates the process of making carbonated drinks. There 5 stages needed to produce carbonated beverages.
Stage 1 “Water cleaning” starts by filtering raw water into the water softener. Softened water gets mixed with chemicals and gets pumped into the 2nd stage of the producing process of carbonated beverages.
Water derived from Stage 1 gets heated in the electric heaters and is then transferred to the cooling pipe. Furthermore, the cooled water is mixed with carbon dioxide (CO2) to produce the base of the carbonated drink which carbonated water (H2O).
The process of Stage 3 has started when carbonated water is blended with coloring, syrup and flavor in the mixing tank. The end product is then filtered to enter the next stage “Stage 4”
The solute is then bottled into cans and bottles. Finally, the long process of carbonated beverages has got into its last stage “Packaging”. Filtered and canned beverages are neatly packaged into cardboard boxes to get delivered to supermarkets marking the end of the production process of carbonated drinks.
