As living in the advanced technology era, social media often plays the vital role in shaping the residents’ behaviour, due to its widespread influences. There are some ideas claim that the contents on TV should present more positive stories. Personally, i partly agree with this suggestion based on some several reasons that are explained in this essay.

On the one hand, there are some persuasive rationales that support this idea. People are day by day having a close interaction with technological devices more frequently. However, the world are now experiencing many problems such as criminal, pollution, economic crisis,…Because of that, everytimes individuals accesses to the social media or come across a news at somewhere on the street they often face with negative contents, which can slowly affect their mental health, and cause stress. In fact that some articles have showed that if people interact with bad news too often, they can be stressful, lack of sleeping or also cause some psychology problems and be obsessed with the darkside of the world

On the other hand, bad news are considered as an alertness for human. In this day and age, the problems that have been illustrated on the internet seem to be the cautions rather than the sarcastic content. If many dwellers are now just living their own life without any empathy, can those beautiful stories on TV change their mind? That is where bad news show their role. As well as alerting people to be good humans in many ways such as posting the poor conditions in jails, how criminals have to pay after breaking the laws,…Not only encourage people to the rights, but they also remind people about the danger, and potential risk around them. This function can contribute to promote a safe society and raise awareness to be careful around dwellers. Negative contents can also help to solve some environment issue by visual media. For instance, instead of posting casual content to encourage people to protect their life condition, the pictures or videos about polluted area and people live nearby can be more effective way, that let people directly see the consequences.

In conclusion, while acknowledging the importance of negative news when people present it with enough frequency , positive stories also have a significant good impact on society. By highlighting acts of kindness, inspiring achievements, and community resilience, the media can foster a more optimistic and hopeful outlook.
