Dear Sir or Madam.
I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the problem with the computer which I purchased from your shop. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter by contacting your store’s administration, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
Last Monday, I went to your shop in order to buy a computer which is called “LENOVO”. It was $2,500 including delivery service, and your company’s workers informed me that the delivery man would set it up in my house.
Regrettably, when it was delivered, the delivery man said that this was not part of his job. After this situation, I was disappointed with your shop’s administration.
The computer has not been installed in my home yet, and this issue has seriously affected my job. The main effect is that I had to finish my job projects using a computer, but I have not completed my projects yet.
I hope this matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
Thank you for your attention.
Yours faithfully,
Jon Smith.
