Dear Ms Sandhu

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to discuss about the preparations of our annual work party for year 2024.

Although, our party was good last year but i am thinking to add more things this year to make our party more enjoyable such as more games, dancing or singing competitions, and adding more prices along with goodies bag for all the guests.

However, there are few things which i realize were not so good last year. firstly, we had more variety of non-vegetarian food as compared to vegetarian food, This leaves many vegetarians hungry at the party. And we should play all different types of music rather than only english songs, so that everyone can enjoy at their music as we have employees from different countries and cultures in our company.

We can discuss this on sunday, you can come to my place for lunch and there we will discuss our plans. I also invited Mr Sharma and Mr Gupta to join us on lunch and give their views on arranging the party.
