Dear Concern,

The purpose of my writing today is to notify you about the upcoming annual work party, which is going to be held next month. I hope you all are ready to celebrate the party, however you need to co-arrange the party for a better experience.

As you already know, it has become our company tradition to arrange this party every year, whereas for the last few years we have been celebrating the party in the same way as before. Therefore, we are planning to establish some new game segments for this year to make it more special; if anyone has any ideas, please share with us, and your thought will be prioritized.

In addition, we also tried to celebrate last year’s party in a memorable way, but there were some unusual things that happened, which was not meant to happen this year. We took a proper list of guests this year, so that nobody returns home without a proper meal.

Furthermore, we have decided a coffee get together for all employees at the canteen today at 4 pm, so that we can discuss our future steps to make the party even more precious than last year.
