Sometimes job satisfaction is adequate for certain people and they do not pursue money in their career. They prefer their comfort over the income. I partially agree with the given statement, and my arguments will be elaborated in the following paragraphs.
On the one hand, it is undeniable fact that, money has essential role in our life which we can spend to purchase whatever we want and need. For instance, if individuals have a high salary, they are able to afford their own and family’s requirements. Additionally, with the considerable salary everyone can burnish themselves in every field. They do not have to be concern with the expenditures, on the contrary, they can fully focus on their study or career path in order to develop and create a better lifestyle.
On the other hand, happiness is tremendously vital for living, moreover if someone work for solely money, in this case there is nothing but pain and sorrow. Although money is important to live in a prosperity, no one can be satisfied with their own life in wrong career choice. People who chase money and do not mind job satisfaction they cannot tackle with difficulties at work place. Secondly, they cannot contribute any good ideas to work or they do not try to make an effort in order to develop the company.
In conclusion, although I believe that job satisfaction is more crucial than income, I also hold the view that money plays a pivotal role in most aspect of life. Living in happiness is our choice, what we really need to do is being aware of our preferences and make them priority.
