Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Alex and recently, I had visited a restaurant named ‘Star Cuisine’, where you are serving as a manager. I was highly disappointed with the food and services being provided to us, therefore writing this letter to describe the occurrence.

I was celebrating my wedding anniversary last Thursday and had planned a candle light dinner for my beloved wife. Impressed with the rave reviews of the customers online, I had booked a table for two at your restaurant. We had ordered a vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese topping, as my wife is a vegan and carefully practices the same. When the pizza was being served, my wife had noticed the usage of a dairy cheese and she immediately had complained about the same. Instead of being apologetic, the waiter was rude and was not accepting the mistake, eventually ruining our special moment.

As a manager of a well-reputed restaurant, I insist you to take an appropriate action to the situation and encourage you to train your staff with some basic manners and etiquettes. I hope, you will take this request into consideration.
