My name is Jacob, a resident of Cambridge, near to your restaurant. I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the worst experience at your food place that I had.
While the atmosphere of restaurant has been eye catching, food as well as service were totally opposite. Yesterday, I visited at your restaurant with my family on the occasion of my birthday. Can you belive we had to wait for atleast an hour to get seat? Even though I ordered food during waiting, still had to wait for 30 minutes after seating.
Not only food delayed but also it wasn’t cooked completely. Having faced numerous problems, I could not stop myself to write a letter to you. Has there been any work ongoing on these problems? If no, you should really need to hire trained staff also work on the seating arrangement.
