Starting with the pie chart, there is a pronounced disparity between students who go to sports events and those who do not. 80% of students in college never go to sporting events, considerably higher than those who enjoy going to such events, accounting for 20%.
Regarding a list of sports events, different gender types mostly prefer to join in various sports events. Standing first, while football emerges as the most attended event among men at 34%, a mere 1% of women took an interest in joining in this event. A similar trend can be seen in badminton, with 6% of men and 3% of women participating in this particular event.
Females, however, take the lead in attending tennis and volleyball events. A staggering proportion of females take part in tennis, 24%, as opposed to 3% of their counterparts. There is a 1 percentage point increase in volleyball participation, from 4% for males to 5% for females. Notably, the same proportion of both genders participate in the basketball event, with attendance at 10%.
