Dear Sir or Madam.

I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the problem computer which I purchased from your shop. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter by contacting your store’s adminstration I have not reveived a satisfactory resolution.

Last Monday, I went to your shop in order to buy computer which is called “LENOVO”. It was $2,500 included delivery service and your company’s workers informed me that the delivery man set it up to my hause.

Regrettably, when it delivered, the delivery mansaid that this was not part of his job. After this situation, I dissapointed from your shop’s adminstration.

The computer have not installed to my home yet and this trend affected to my job very seriously. The main effect is that, I had to finished my job projects by using computer but I have not completed my projects yet.

I hope this matter will be dealt resolved as soon as possible.
