The issue of whether international organization should limit the amount of consumed energy is of concerned for global citizens. In my opinion, it is supposed to be kept track by stakeholders to reach the achievement.
The consequences of fossil fuel from a single country affect the whole world. The excessive amount of carbon emission leads to the rise of temperature and the iceberg melt environmental destruction Impacts the life cycle of all creatures. Human also can not survive if the ocean level rises. Also, natural disaster pose our life security to threat, which should be taken seriously by global affairs.
Fossil fuel is irreplaceable energy that is produced for a limited amount before it runs out. The amount of consumption should be restricted by the agency, that con regulate the supply and the demand of the relationship. Centralizing and empowering international authorites to attract other countries to flock into their movement is necessary.
Nevertheless, it is difficult to make all countries to reach a consensus on the reduction of fossil fuel. Saudi Arabia, for example, is prosperous through selling fossil fuel to other countries and fossil fuel is their main income to support the economy. According to the situation, forcing them to collaborate with the international consensus is unavailable. Additional punishment due to overproduced fossil fuel should not be implemented as well, so limiting daily use is more practical and realistic.
In conclusion, although the international community is more influenced to raise the awareness about global issue, their ideas can not always be in response to all countries if they tend to use the same approach to address the problem.
