It is true that both individual and society can be negatively affected by youth unemployment, which calls for possible solutions to be adopted.
To begin with, there are several detrimental effects of the unemployment of young people such as decreasing life quality of each individuals and lowering down the economy of the whole country. The first obvious issue is that young people who are unemployment may badly struggle with their lives. This is because they do not have enough money to live a fully life with healthy food like vegetables and have to live in uncomfortable facilities like lack of space and basic electrical devices. Another potential problem is that the economy of the country where exists many unemployments can be negatively go down. This can result in the general detriments of economic support and happiness, for instance people who do not have a job will receive less money backed by society so that their joy will be reduced.
Various measures can be taken to resolve this problems such as the governments should support young people to find a job and companies should be suggested to create more jobs for internship. One possible solution is that the governments should impose some policies to support young people to find their jobs. For example, in Viet Nam, the governments have created some plans that suggest comapnies to increasingly hire less exeprience employees, from that create more potential jobs for young employees. The second approach is that companies should create more events for internship. As a result, more and more students who are graduated can have a chance to participate in the real working environment and learn valuable knowledge. Furthermore, they can potentially be kept as offical employees after this process.
In conclusion, although the unemployment of young people can give rise several drawbacks, steps can be taken to resolve these problems.
