Among many places, many tiny shops are replaced by huge shopping malls. Although this change can led to benefits, such as gainning more job opportunities, creating more traffic flow around that area, increasing income for both companies and employers; it also brings disadvantages at the same time, including small shops owners and employers losing their job and traffic jams.
Large shopping malls can help to create more job opportunities because shopping malls required more emoployers than samll shops do; therefore, more people will be hired. Bigger shopping malls can also create more traffic flow around that area than small shops do, since there are more shops in large shopping malls, so there is more options for customers to do in that mall. Since more traffic flow around that area, it helps to increase the income for both companies and employers. This is because if more people in that area, more will buy things there, so the companies will have higher incomes and emploers might have a salery raised.
Meanwhile, replacing small shops also brings some disadvantages. For instance, small shops owners and employers losing their job because they have been replaced by large companies. Besides, the increase in traffic flow might lead to traffic jams, which affects on people who lived in there’s daily life. In comparison, although replacing small shops brought benefits but it also lead to long term disadvantages. For the small shops owners that invested most of their money to the shop, they now lost all their painstaking efforts at once.
In conclusion, new large shopping malls helped to in gaining income and job opportunities, however, meanwhile, it also lead to consequences such as small shops owners and employers losing their jobs and inconvienient for people who lived around.
