Dear Neighbours
I am writing this letter to address the issues I recently started having in the car park.
I am going to address three problems which are first the height clearance of the building that is really low that it is impossible for bigger cars to enter. Second The building’s foundation structure is so weak that anyone could tell that the building could collapse any day. And lastly, there is so much garbage around the parking area.
I would like to suggest some ways to help the neighborhood for the betterment of our parking area. Firstly would be increasing the height clearance of the place so that bigger vehicles can go thru. Secondly, increasing the car parking area’s foundation strength. And lastly, picking up garbage around the parking area and not littering for cleanliness.
I would like to suggest that the neighborhood hold a meeting to discuss the possible suggestions for a great car parking area.
Looking Forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Sincerely,
Gurpreet Shaglani
