Dear neighbours,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am the resident of flat no. B-9, There are some problems regarding parking area, which I have been wanting to discuss it with you all.

There are few problems, that have started ever since there has been rainfall. Firstly, my area of parking has been take by flat no. D-9. Presumably, it’s because of the roof has fallen off, where they used to park. Due to which I have to park outside the building every day, as you all know it’s quite unsafe to park vehicle because of danger of theft. secondly, I have been noticing garbage and wrappers all around the parking lot, it smells really bad somedays, that one of my guest had to puke, it was very embarrassing for me.

The purpose of this letter is to make everyone aware, and to contribute some money to rennovate the broken roof, so that i can park my car at my spot again. Lastly, we all should have a possible meeting over this weekend about, who to hire for cleaning our building and we can discuss the days for the cleaner, so that our entrance would be more welcoming to other guests.
